Cytat z /etc/squid.conf.default

# TAG: header_replace
# Usage: header_replace header_name message
[...]
# This replaces the old fake_user_agent option.

A znaczy to, ze:

header_replace zastapilo dawna opcje fake_user_agent
jednak zeby zadzialalo, trzeba jeszcze ustawic opcje
header_access User-Agent deny all

Wszystko jest opisane w pliku /etc/squid.conf.default
