dcgui i libxml

Witam
mam problem tego typu ze instaluje klienta direct connect (dcgui) i przy
kompilacji wyskakuje mi taki blad:

domyslalem sie ze to jest wina biblioteki libxml.szukalem bibliotek
libxml na stronie ftp://xmlsoft.org ale tam wogole takich niema.
